Smoked Brisket Flat

Ingredients
Serves 7
- 6 lb brisket
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1/2 cup Beef Broth

Method

Preheat smoker to 250 F (121 C)

Put (1 tbsp) salt and (1 tbsp )pepper on both sides of the brisket.

cook for 3-4 hours or until ~ 165 F and a nice bark (the seasoning shouldn't come off when you touch it)
- 3.05hStep 4
Wrap in foil. Pour in 1/2 cup beef broth into the foil. Return brisket to the smoker.

Cook to 201 - 202 F (94 C)
