Loco Moco Hawaiian

You will find this dish everywhere in Hawaii. I loved it. It takes a bit of doing but is hearty and would be considered comfort food.

Traditional Loco Moco. I hadn't had one of these until a trip earlier this year. I loved them and ate one almost every day while I was in Hawaii. Now I eat them all the time at home. This is my favorite version for a traditional Loco Moco.
